Job Summary:
The Cleaner at Mightypower Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both commercial and residential clients. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and working efficiently across different spaces, including offices, schools, and event venues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
• Handle specialised cleaning tasks such as window cleaning or carpet cleaning when required.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are fully stocked and inform supervisors when inventory is low.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Assist with deep cleaning or special projects when requested.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in cleaning is preferred.
